Residential Care
On any given day, Youth Homes provides a safe and supportive environment for 30 boys and girls in five state-licensed six-bed homes in Contra Costa County.
Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS)
Therapeutic Behavior Services (TBS) is designed to prevent hospitalization or placement in high level residential treatment through one-on-one behavioral coaching.
Aftercare
Our Aftercare Programs support and serve children, adolescents and their families as they move into permanent family living environments or take steps towards independent adulthood.
Foster Program (ITFC)
Youth Homes is a licensed Foster Family Agency and is contracted with Contra Costa County to provide Intensive Treatment Foster Care.
Mentoring
Youth Homes' Mentor Program, begun in 2000, recruits volunteers to provide consistent long-term healthy connections for our residential and emancipated clients.
