Jana Corral has more than twenty years of leadership in mental and behavioral health, with a passion for developing trauma-informed systems that support youth, families, and communities. Since joining Youth Homes, Jana has held several key roles, including Vice President of Community Mental Health and Senior Vice President of Clinical Services. Currently, as Chief Clinical Officer, she leads and supports dedicated, mission-driven clinical directors and providers, focusing on enhancing care quality and guiding strategic service delivery across residential and community-based teams that serve foster youth and underserved young adults.

Before joining Youth Homes, Jana served as the Clinical and Managing Director at New Directions for Young Adults, where she led an interdisciplinary team that worked with neurodivergent young adults. Her early clinical experience at Seneca Center and Fred Finch Youth Center provided a strong foundation in trauma, youth development, and therapeutic care.

Outside of work, Jana recharges by spending time with her family, including her partner, college-aged son, daughter, and their two beloved French Bulldogs—Bear and Lulu, a recent rescue.
