Volunteer

We’re currently seeking Back Room & Front Room Volunteers. Click on the position to view the role descriptions, and reach out to daniellej@youthhomes.org if you’re interested in joining the team!

Donations

Do not leave donations at our front or back door. This incurs additional garbage fees on the shop which take away from the funds that go toward our critical youth programs.

Hosting a donation drive is an easy way for your organization to make a difference! Drive to Thrive 101 is your ultimate guide to making an impact with a successful donation drive.

Drive to Thrive 101 includes:

  • How to host a Drive to Thrive using our bins or trailer

  • How your donations make a difference

  • List of accepted donations

  • A day-of checklist for your donation drive (including volunteer needs)

Sales of your gently used items will support enrichment programs, residential home maintenance, and critical mental health services for local youth in Contra Costa County.
