A Bay Area native, Kaitlyn earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from UC Santa Cruz. Since then, she left the Bay and began a career that’s included work in operations, human resources, IT, and as an advocate for traumatized youth.

Since moving back to the Bay Area with a desire to re-enter the non-profit space, Kaitlyn found Youth Homes and began managing our community hub and fundraising machine, Youth Homes Thrift Shop.

When Kaitlyn isn’t helping create opportunities for our young people, she loves salsa dancing and travelling anywhere she can.
