Lisa Woelfel, CEO of Bay Medical Group, brings extensive expertise in policy development, accounting, and finance/investments to her role as a Board Member at Youth Homes. A dedicated advocate for underserved youth, Lisa first joined the Youth Homes Board shortly after college and was soon elected Board Chair. She currently serves on the organization’s Audit and Fundraising Committees, contributing to its financial health and sustainability. With a lifelong passion for empowering young people to become independent, contributing members of society, she is especially focused on creating pathways for transition-age youth (TAY) to live and work independently. Lisa’s commitment to community service drives her continued efforts to ensure Youth Homes remains a stable and impactful resource for the young people they serve.
