Our newest Clinical Director of Residential Services, Ra’Shena Martin, brings over 20 years of combined experience working in the mental health space. She has used her bachelor’s degree in social Welfare and her Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology to help adults recovering from substance abuse and youth with behavioral health challenges in residential, school, and community settings. From Oakland, Ra'Shena was seeking a new career opportunity that would allow her to serve closer to her own community which is what brought her to Youth Homes.
