Stephanie Byford
Stephanie Byford joins the Youth Homes Board of Directors with a strong background in business development, marketing, and community leadership. She currently serves as Director of Business Development at BDO USA, where she focuses on building strategic relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and connecting organizations with resources that support long-term success.
Stephanie is actively engaged in community service and currently serves on the board of How Women Lead Silicon Valley. She is deeply committed to ensuring that young people—particularly those transitioning out of foster care—have access to the support, resources, and opportunities they need to build confident, independent futures. Through her professional experience and extensive community network, Stephanie is passionate about helping Youth Homes expand its reach, strengthen partnerships, and continue uplifting the lives of youth and young adults throughout the community.
