Linn Joanis, Member Chair of the Services and Standards Committee, was born and raised in Wisconsin, relocated to Chicago, and has lived in California since 2001. Her career has consisted of many high level human resources positions, as well as many volunteer positions pertaining to housing rights for underserved youth and adults. Linn is particularly passionate about secure housing for young people, single mothers and families in crisis, and has been involved in related programs throughout her life. In her free time, you can find her volunteering at the library with her therapy dog, golfing, hiking, and playing pickleball.
