Carl brings more than 30 years of experience having held leadership positions in operations, strategic planning and finance as well as Board roles with numerous organizations that focus on community support and youth development.

Previously, Carl was a management consultant at Booz, Allen & Hamilton where he provided guidance to Fortune 500 and nonprofit executives on growth, operations improvement and organizational development.

Carl has served on the faculty at the University of California‐Berkeley Haas School of Business. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science with honors from Brown University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Carl lives with his wife and two children in the Bay Area and enjoys hiking, skiing, and travel.
